Seneca Rock > 8:00 from Sheetz gas station in Haymarket 15 & 66. The ride will take ~4hr. 66 to 55. Will ride around the Seneca Rock area, lunch and home.

I know this is old but post up if you guys are doing this again. I do the run to 33 often, that is like a 7 hr ride and many are not that hardcore. I also know of a cool route north of the 55, again a long ride but the rides close to dc and NOVA suck so you have to get way out anyway.
