I was expecting rain so I did maintenance.

Caught a nail in the rear tire of my R1 on Thursday. Thankfully, I had a spare tire sitting around the garage. Took the wheel into fairfax cycles Saturday morn. and the bike was ready to go by 10am.

It was beautiful outside, but I trusted weatherman and changed the oil in the R6 (on that note, wtf, you have to remove the shift arm to get to the oil filter??? ).

Finished that, cleaned up around the house/garage and took the family for ice cream and poof - here comes the rain.

Moral of the story, if it sunny, weather man be damned, go ride. Fix later when its raining.
