Meh, maybe for your generation If it were Blink 182, Green Day and Nofx, I might be in for sure. $35 is steep, considering the beers andfood are gonna be through da roof.

Yall have fun, I'm out.

Good to run into Johnny at the show. Sorry I missed the rest of y'all.

Great show and some pretty good chili. I found the West Virginia U. Chili the best--though, the "snatch" chili gets props for best name.

Was pleasantly surprised by STP's set. The DeLeos and Kretz were pretty spectacular on guitar, bass and drums. Weiland was in decent form (given that he's pretty much used up). Was psyched that they played "Tumble in the Rough," which might be my favorite STP song. Loved the lead-in to "Dead and Bloated."

AiC's set was tight as usual. It was the third time that I've seen them over the past several months. Good to hear older stuff like "Dam the River" and "We Die Young." Still waiting to hear them play "Down in a Hole" or "I Stay Away" during a set, but otherwise loved the set list except for "Acid Bubble," which is the weakest song off the new album.

Was slightly disappointed in Cage the Elephant. Good energy, but a bit below my expectations. Solid on their three hits, but seemed like they were filling time with some of the other songs. But they're still maturing as a band. It was cool seeing Jerry Cantrell and William DuVall of AiC sneak over to watch their set from the back of the stage.

Switchfoot wasn't bad. Showed more of an edge than I thought that they had. But hearing them cover the Beastie Boys' "Sabotage" was very strange.

Heard Anberlin and Tears of Mars while walking around and trying chili. They seemed solid enough, but I was never a fan of New Order, so Anberlin's cover of "True Faith" didn't impress even though that's their hit of the moment.

Brought my motorcycle rain jacket, so the rain wasn't a bother. Plus, it cooled things off nicely.

Ah, it was a good day overall...
