Sorry. I'd go there to size something. If I know the prices and what I want....I *might* buy there. But generally they are overpriced, typically rip off anybody they can, and cater to the less experienced and more gullible riders.

But hey...that's just my opinion. YMMV.

+1 but they randomly have some good deals at these events.

Know your prices or search on your phone before you buy.

Not sure how they can rip you off if they price match.....do your homework or wait shipping from buying online. They have been good to me on a budget.

I agree. Know what you want ahead of time. Price match is good too. I have had more than a few friends as new riders walk in there and walk out with some simple jacket, helmet, etc....and the price was insane. They just didn't know it. Emptor caveat.

O.K., I went.... Parts Unlimited had a trailer of sample tires and stuff, but offered no closeouts, but offered 20% off, 10% on boots. Coleman's had no close-outs on gloves, boots, 0r pants, but had 20% off stuff in the store. Closeouts: They had Tourmaster flex series jackets "half off" at $90 (this is the model: Tour Master Flex Series 2 Jacket :: MotorcycleGear.com so that is a pretty good buy. They had Vemar VSREV Diadem helmets Vemar VSREV Helmet - Street Bike - Motorcycle Superstore for $59, another good one. A few close-out odds and ends, like an ST1100 seat and a few Kryptonite locks. The Moe's burrito (limit one, chicken or ground meat) was OK.

Your could take a Can-Am trike out for a spin if you cared to.

I took the big red Can-Am for a spin, it was a fun demo ride and got a free shirt out of it. I also got a deal on a set of contis for my 510smr at $150.

Just got back picked up some Rev'It Dirt Gloves. Liked them a lot of for the 30 mile ride home. Nice day to go for a ride and pick up some much needed new gloves for $75 out the door. Even if they are cheaper online which i can't find any it was good for me to go try these out in person and make sure i like what i'm buying.
