Moto GP for PS3... - November 13, 2008, 12:09 PM

Recently I purchased a PS3 and I'm looking for some great games to start off my collection. When I purchased the system I also bought Assassin's Creed and GTA IV. I'm already excited about Need For Speed Undercover but I was wondering about Moto GP...

Has anyone played these titles in the past? What can I expect and is it worth the $$$. Is there any other Moto racing games that I am unaware of?

Post up what you think and if there is any good reviews you have found online please post links, pictures, whatever!!!

I have MotoGp 08, 07 and 06. 08 is made by Capcom and is less difficult than the previous releases playing wise. It is FUN and the attention to detail is nice... Btw, got it for PS3 cuz the graphics are so much better on it. 07 and 06 I have for Xbox 360.

I might have to rent it sometime first. I've played a few Moto games in the past and they just don't seem to have all the details ironed out. Although when I played those I wasn't on my own sport bike so it might give me a bit of a different perspective.

Is there any other games you might suggest for PS3?

I haven't seen much for the PS3 and with the games near or at $60 a pop, I would suggest FALLOUT 3 and COD 4. I am curious about Little Big Planet but the remaining copies was recalled, apparently you could create something NOT so PG rumor has it. I am waiting for more titles as 09 comes around the corner.

EDIT: Forgot about Metal Gear Solid 4, fantastic game!

Dude I still have MotoGP3 for original XBOX and play it all the time. I'd be willing to challenge anyone on that one.

We're getting a 360 for xmas and the first game we're buying is MGP. Can't wait!

Right up the 1 hole.

MotoGP08 for Wii won't be released until Jan. 2009.
