Hey everyone, glad to finally join this site. I've been riding motorcycles since '07, have had 2 since then:
2001 Suzuki Bandit S 600
2007 Ducati Monster S2R 1000

Looking to make that 3, will be checking out the classifieds section. Feel better buying off here than craigslist, have had some bad experiences and don't want that pricey of a transaction to be messed up.

I'll be poking around, looking forward to getting to know some of you guys. See you on the roads!

Welcome

There are usually some very good deals to be had on here for track and street bikes.

Good luck.

I see now that there's a minimum post requirement in the classifieds. Well I'll just have to be chatty won't I. Thanks for the warm welcome too!

I've only rode 2 others besides the ones I've owned, the dirt bike I took the test on and a buddy's R1. Def liked the stability of the R1, and didn't mind the forward lean, but could see how that gets old on long trips.

So I've basically settled on the more upright standard /naked bikes. Sticking with what I know I guess. Though I could be interested in a cruiser these days, never thought I'd say that!

Looking into the Yamaha FZ1. Really like the style of the 2014 Kawasaki Z1000, but not at $10k+.
