7/4 ride pics - July 4, 2007, 04:41 PM

Nice to meet everyone. Thanks for the slow, safe ride and allowing me to keep up.

Sorry Mrs. RR my camera snoozed when you two started in to the corner.

I thought this wasn't a noob ride? Hell if it was moderate I would have went!

Plans got chaged a little who said anything about moderate. Let me down load the gps track. Still, this ride was not really a noob ride. If you want to come out here and play that is cool. I mean no offense when I say that I just did not want to babysit today. somedays are just about the ride and today, for me, was that day.

Our average was 51 MPH over 291 miles. Lowest recorded corner speed heading up the mountain on 50 was 36mph.

here is where I tooke the pics ( location removed to protect the innocent)

I thought another rider outside of our group crashed or something when I saw some dude on his knees in that corner... it took me a second to realize it was you taking pics as we rode by. lol

FYI, the rest of us got a chance to clean our bikes after you split.

Good times all!!! Space thanks for leading us out to some great roads. I hope you don't mind if I link this route to my Frederick loop.

You'll definitely be seeing us out there more often now.

I assure you, you never slowed us up. The pace was perfect, moderate to chill with ZERO incidents.

We'll be riding again...
