Went for a nice LONG ride this afternoon and while wandering around in Loudoun county discovered the "River Road-Frogtown Road-Mt. Carmel Road" ride.

If you've ridden Mt. Weather then you'll find this with no problem.
Head down 7 or 50 towards Winchester (west).
On 7 you get to the bottom of the hill at the river and turn left on to 606, River Road.
On 50 you get 1/2 way down the hill and turn right on to Mt Carmel Road.
There's a big white and red sign proclaiming campgrounds that direction.
The end near 50 is jammed with back to back 25 mph turns with ascending and descending humps into and out of turns.
Couple of blind hills with turns on the other side.
Quite a fun ride.

Traffic was light to non existant and the road condition was very good (for an unstriped paved surface)

See map.
