Got back OK - from rider who went down on 211 - June 7, 2009, 01:29 PM

Just wanted to put up a quick message that I got home safely. I was able to ride the bike back even though the front wheel is facing slightly right. Going to leave the bike at a friend's place for now.

Thanks everyone for the help after the crash. Wouldn't have been able to get home without it.

Sorry for the short message. Pretty pissed at myself right about now but hey... look at the bright side, I got rid of those chicken strips

Good to hear you are not seriously hurt. The bike can be fixed. Every crash/ride is a lesson learned. I'm glad you learned it and are able to go on with more riding!

hey - June 7, 2009, 05:50 PM

Glad you made it home and it was good to see you did not get hurt seriously. It sucks about the bike but hopefully ducati girl can help, she had some good advise about the plastics. Hope to see you back on the road soon.
