Post-No skirt ride! - November 3, 2007, 06:10 PM

Good ride today! We had a 7 non-skirt wearin' fools hit the cold twisties of WV. The ride started at the Marine Corps (Iwo Jima) in VA. Then to pick up a few slackers at the Haymarket Sheets. 55W to 220 to 33. Fine dining at Fox Pizza for a late lunch. Lyman found out that someone had puked fluids on the WV side of 33 (low speed low side) . Who the hell needs a rear brake anyway! Alpinestars Leathers and frame sliders saved him from bodily injury and tons of bike damage! Hit 81N and slabbed it home...some of us were a bit over the speed limit but no LEO incidents. Safe, Fun, good dudes!

yeah.. i was infront... the whole time before the mountain i was sayin to myself.. " God damn i hate leading " I think i was to far ahead of anyone for them to see the whole thing... I was so concentrated on lookin where i was going i didn't realize i went up into the wet spot... FIRST thing i did though when i stopped was try to warn the guys about the wetness. Haha.. kinda crazy to think about that was the first thing that i thought about...

glad u're ok, bro

Brent should get his 'busa this month - we need to take a ride then.

Gonna try to ride next weekend, since this weekend was all business and no fun.

I just told my wife that someone had puked fluids on the mountain. She said, "eewww gross" .
I then explained to her that I meant a vehicle leaking oil or antifreeze.
