stupid drivers - November 29, 2007, 05:12 PM

so im riding home thinking to myself its not that cold and im just riding along tryna make it home safe...cool guy in the honda decides his honda is cooler than my sports bike and im not soppose to pass him in traffic

so this is what happened in at a off ramp and the cars are not moving so i decide to cruise along the side of them and get ahead of traffic, this guy decides that he's goin to turn his car infront to cut me off so i let off get behind him and go to his driver side he turns in front me again..so now im thinking do i kick his door in and zip off, but i dotn want no trouple so i pull over to his driver side pull up and he winds down the window and yells "you lucky i dont got my glock on me" (did they stop sellin guns when they sold him his). so i say just hit me tuff guy he winds up the window and drivesi take his tag # and just pass him cause i wastn in the mood to be bothered

what good is having his tag # i always hear ppl say get the # so now i got it what do i do with it, or should i have jus kicked in his door and rode off

You can file a report with the police...but don't expect much. Make sure you note the location of the incident, vehicle description, driver description, time, date...as much info as you can provide.

I had a car do that to me...I got off the bike...guess what...some facking high school girl...I just got back on my bike and proceeded to check out...

Yeah people are stupid. They get so angry that you can do what they can't do in their car. So they try to exert control on you by blocking the way. But they are too stupid to realize that they can easily kill a biker with that bullshit. Fack cagers.

Don't kick the door, won't do much and you can loose control os you leg get ripped backwards, as the car should be going slower than you. Next time just ride by and snap off his mirror (hit it down with force from the top). Passenger side is good as they usually swerve to the left once you hit it thinking they hit you. Hhaahha, then you take off.

Oh and throw em the bird as you drive off.

Can't choose between the R1 and the 10R so I am keeping both but settled with an 1198S when I came home

Keep it up!!!!!!!

1. Report his tag # to the police. Next time he gets pulled over, he won't get out of the ticket, no matter how much of a smooth talker he is.

2. It sounds like you were passing stopped taffic between lanes/on the shoulder? If so, it's illegal, so he has reason to get angry. 2 wrongs don't make a right, but the point is you would be in the wrong as well.

Lane splitting may be wrong, but what is worse? Being in the wrong for navigating between cars that are stopped and don't have to worry as much about over heating, or getting pissed that someone is going through traffic faster than you and swerving into the biker causing him or her to break their neck or whatever? People are assholes. The last time I lane split it was because my bike was over heating, and some ass did the same thing to me. I just walked it slow by him, waved and rode away. That's how I roll!

My question is why do cagers think they have the right to police bikers??? How about everytime a cager does something illegal we "Bust a cap in there ass!" We bikers need to invoke the fear of god back into cagers so they think twice about trying to pull out in front of us or cut us off! If every cager thought they would lose a mirror or get a door kicked in or ball bearings thrown at them we bikers wouldn't have to worry about them. And if you are not willing to do this then just keep moving and don't bitch. My

For that matter, why do cagers think they have the right to police other cagers?!!! I caged today and some fargin icehole in a minivan tried to crunch me into speeding traffic on a 270 ramp early this morning, and I was well ahead of Mr. DickWeed. DW was grinding his ax with me for 3 miles before that because I got sick of waiting for him to make up his mind at an intersection and passed on the right. You know, speed by, get in front, then hit the brakes BS. Ball-less ahole sits and watches life pass by and wants to make sure I have to as well I guess.

Oh, and he even had a "baby on board" sticker in the back window while trying to run ME off the road. Man, I was really pissed.

Don't forget the "I'm sad! Someone on a motorcycle did something bad and the general public now thinks less of me because of them" threads. I really like them.

I had two similar incidents over a period of 24 hours--on my ride in to work today, and on my ride home last night. I was riding at the speed limit minding my own business in my lane. Suddenly, a big cager decided that I was the invisible man and turned right into my lane. And this was when I was riding the RC-51 with Sato pipes (i.e., the bike is LOUD). Luckily, I was able to avoid contact both times.

I never had these types of incidents when I was speeding a little bit faster than traffic because I would then make sure to not keep cars right next to me. With the new fines, I don't speed. Instead, I follow the average flow of traffic. The ironic thing about that is that I am much less safe in traffic!!

But try to explain that to a cop if you get lit up for speeding.
