Thumbs up TRY THE TRACK - March 31, 2008, 10:10 AM

Summit point TRY THE TRACK with TEAM PROMOTION was a great time. No one from here showed but 7 shiftin steel sportriderz did along with myself and 2 of my friends. It was a cold morning on RT.70 but was not bad from Frederick to the track. We all split into 3 groups at the track and were taught the difference between street lines and track lines. The instructor for my group (1st to leave) liked what he saw so we picked up the pace and caught the 3rd group by the 3rd lap. All were safe and enjoyed the experience. Afterwards we watched from the bridge and wittnessed an accident where the poor guys bike burned for about 5 minutes before being extinguished. The weather was cloudy but warm enough for the ride home(after lunch at ruby tuesdays). Anyone interested should do this or take it to the next level by taking the A R T School class, or cornerspeed. It could make you a better rider or save your life someday. Hope to see some of you this season. God Bless all.
