Yet another wreck on Thornton Gap - October 29, 2007, 10:05 AM

Rode over 211 yesterday with a friend and while we were at the big gas station on the eastern side of the gap we saw 3 ambulances heading towards the gap. When we finally crossed over the ambulances were coming down the mountain and a sportbike was on the shoulder of the road at the first or second left turn with the front end missing. Another bike was parked next to the binned bike but didn't appear to be damaged. It looked like the wrecked bike target fixated and went directly into the guardrail. Hope it wasn't anyone on the board.
