If you put new clip ons above the tree some of the clip ons will actually hang over. If you don't want that you will have to raise the forks lowering the front which will in turn effect your handling(dont do it). Levers will not effect your mounting of clip ons. Stock triple tree, vortex clip ons, brembo brake master cylinder with lever. I don't have it anymore but I may still be able to post pics. The clipons for street riding were mounted on top of the triple but I would say 30-40% of which were not in contact with the forks. No worries it never created an issue. Any time spent on the track the clip ons were mounted below the triple. If you are worried about comfort level consider heli bars. It will raise your ride height and still looks good.

What are you trying to change? Angle? Hieght? I think LSL makes adjustables.

Right. So you are looking to change the height of the bars.

Here is a place to start. This link shows a triple tree replacement but they have clip ons that mount in the stock location but have a riser to adjust hieght and even the angle and width.

http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/sbk.cfm

I think Vortex makes something similar. Check the here as well.

I think I am confused. Either way, if you have to use the factory mounting location you can us a different type of bar mount.

nope i want them in the same location as they are factory above the tree // if i put clip ons on they would be moved lower under the tree.. im tryn to figure out who makes the clip ons that will keep them in the same location or do i need to get a different top tree to make it work!!

It appears that the LSL mounts below but rises above with a different angle. I saw a set that mounted below and had an adjustable height and angle now I can't find them.
