Ordered something over the internet and now it doesn't work - April 5, 2011, 03:13 PM

I ordered a set of throttle bodies from a shop in another state. Went to put them on and they don't work.

Called the guy to get them returned and he sounded all "yeah man no problem.." ish

Said he would email me the label to send the part back 24+ hours ago.

24+ hours later no email received. Called the guy and spoke to his partner and I heard the guy say that he just hadn't sent it to me yet.

If the guy decides to douche it up:

Bottom line, what are my options? The ad said 100% operational or your money back.

I've got all kinds of receipts. Not bought off ebay.

Don't worry you'll eventually get your money or the part. The only facked up things is the time spent communicating with the seller, shipping, and waiting on new product. It's definitely a PITA but worth the risk IMHO so don't get too riled up over it.
