Tripple Tree Fitment GSXR - December 13, 2007, 09:51 PM

I am wondering if I can put the attack adjustable tripples off a 04 gsxr750 on my 07 gsxr1000. I was thinking that since the rake could be adjusted it might work. Anybody have any info?
Thanks

try calling attack tech support. they should be able to tell you. i would think that the bearing sizes might be different.

I cant recall the exact difference (lots of different changes over the years), but I believe the issue is with the stem on the lower. Either too long or too narrow...

I called attack and they told me that it would fit 01-06 gsxr1000 but they had not tried on the 07 because they are behind and dont have an 07. Anybody know if it will fit 07 gsxr1000?
Thanks for the info so far, I'm gonna keep up with this, I'm determined to have adjustable triples on my k7 gsxr1000.

Thanks in advance
Brett

Adjustable triples generally don't change the rake. They change the offset. The advantage is running less offset gives you more trail, therefore more stability and still able to keep a steep rake.
