Who makes the bomb diggity integrated brake lights? - February 15, 2007, 06:24 PM

I'm looking for a plug and play integrated turn signal/brake light. What are your recommendations? I'm seeking minimal bleeding (both cost and color) and want to keep oem indicators functional. Why you ask . . . well, I'm a freak. I put pilot roads on a sport bike (2002 Gizzer 750) b/c I commute and I'm too cheap to spring for the powers every few thousand miles. Oh, yeah, and I throw saddle bags on my bike which cover the turn indicators, so the integrated lights would actually be for functionality instead of bling effect. Suggestions are appreciated. What say you moto guru's? . . . .ha, I'm on my 3rd martini!

CUSTOM LED makes one that has about 3x the average amount of LEDS's in there. Buck up and buy the one that has the most LEDS (and brightest).

Have one on the R1 and simple to install. Pull out old tail light, dremel it and replace the board that has the LEDS, RTV it up and you are golden. Looks like sht but once it is in the bike you can not see it. Rode mine for 3 years with it and no problems in rain or anything. Just make sure you are very liberal with the RTV.

Can't choose between the R1 and the 10R so I am keeping both but settled with an 1198S when I came home

Keep it up!!!!!!!

Just got my ClearAlternatives light in. MotoNeko had it delivered to my door. Quick shipping and fair price. Easy installation. It only took 1 beer. Now my grocery getter has turn indicators.
