Any 'Free' website to run VIN check? - September 18, 2014, 03:49 PM

As the title states, are you guys aware of any 'Free' website to run motorcycle VIN check?

To make sure bike isn't stolen or anything along the similar lines. Primarily, to make sure bike is good and not stolen.

NICB always give alerts for any VIN. I have checked motodx, but not sure if it's accurate or no?

Any guidance and help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Not sure maybe I am doing something wrong? No matter whatever VIN I enter on NICB, I get a message that there is an issue with the title and there are theft records too.

I've used it at least 10 and have never gotten that message. If you're getting it, maybe that sucker is stolen....

You might be right, I am going to send you a PM with a VIN.

Can you please check that for me?

Thanks in advance.
