How To Get Bumped From "B" To "I" With NESBA - May 9, 2007, 06:26 PM

Good footage to watch if you want to know what the CRs are looking for (I think).

Here's an entire 20 minute session from start to finish of #40 being evaluated for the bump from "B" to "I" at Summit Point on 4 May.

I followed.

Was pretty neat.

Control riders evaluated from front and rear. You will see them giving us cues.

- Watching for smoothness & throttle control

- Braking

- Ability to follow a line

- Ability to pick your own line

- Body position

- Ability to handle traffic and pass

#40 and I both got the bump after this.

Damn hemi, when you played catch up bout half way through the film you were really rippin it up, looked awesome, smooth, good lines, using all the track, and stabbing in the most polite manner.

Congrats on the bump, a very, very well deserved bump!

Nice flick!

I never stomped so hard on the floor watching a flick trying to get the rider to change gears as I did watching that though.
