Yeah wouldn't air pressure and wind really effect this method? It is cool though.

Air speed = wind speed

If he is riding with the wind it will be ground speed - wind speed.

Well, it is the difference in those 2 pressures that actually gives way to the airspeed reading. If that headlight is not ventilated, he will have all kinds of accuracy problems. Cool idea though. It is a unique way to chop something out that most would feel is a must-have.
