Sitting at the spot last night Stevegula mentioned speakers in helmets. I posted this many moons ago and it's hard to find so here ya go.

Jesus built my car. It's a love affair, mainly Jesus and my hotrod.

Are you limited to 1 speaker in your helmet, much like you would be limited to 1 earbud or something? A really neat idea and definitely something I'll look into when I'm back.

I did this myself with an old set of earphones. 10 dollars in parts and i have an awesome universal speaker setup for my XM or iPod.

Doesnt hurt to have an Arai.... nice amount of room in the ear holes...

Nevermind, I answered my own question.

Earphones are prohibited in both ears simultaneously, except helmets with speakers. So, looks like installing both is a go. I'm definitely going to look into this!
