Lightbulb HOW-TO: Remove stickers, graphics and such. - August 16, 2006, 03:35 PM

My recipe:
  • Sit bike in sun to get the stickers warmed up.
  • Spray on WD40.
  • Use fingernail and use patience.
  • Wash and wax bike.

If sun is not available to warm you can use a heat gun but you need to be very carful not to heat it too much or it will warp the clear cloat on the bike!!

Good post!!

If you have no fingernails, fake fingernails are awesome. I have a million extra plastic fingernails that I use instead of ruining my real ones... You don't have to apply them, just use them like a tool.
