Need help with my suspension :( 2007 r1 - March 24, 2011, 05:45 PM

So I picked up another bike this past weekend and its set up for a 210lb rider and im only 153/55 so needless to say its pretty stiff. It doesn't have a aftermarket suspension or anything its all stock. I want to adjust the front and rear suspension back to its " stock " settings but havn't the faintest idea how to do that. Is there any body in the NOVA that would be willing to help me out with that or point me in the right direction ?? ooh and no im not very mechanically inclined hense the reason im asking for help thanks guys !

Or if you're not comfortable enough doing it yourself, give RnR Cycles in Sterling a call. They're about 30 minutes from Bristow.

You can also hit up Redlevel on here. He's helped me and several of my boys out and the dude is a suspension guru. One of the coolest guys you'll ever meet too.
