Question Putting patches on my textile A*... preferred method? - April 10, 2012, 09:10 AM

I have never put patches on a textile jacket.

I have used craft and even crazy glue to stick them to leather and
they have held up great.

I thought the iron-on backing would be perfect for the textile, but the weave is so tight it just won't stick. No matter how hot you get it. All the glue melts and it feels stuck, but the jacket is like teflon... it just peeals off. Annoying.

So do I just go with the crazy/craft glue, or so you guys and gals have any better ideas?

I am trying to avoid hand stiching, but thats always an option.

Thanks
