We understand this is an inconvenience to Parents and spectators. For that reason, we have decided to allow the use of pit bikes and four wheelers to go to and from the parking areas to the starting areas ONLY!!!! Please don't abuse this privilege!!

The sign up times will be from 2:00 till 4:00 on Saturday, and from 7:00 till 1:00 on Sunday.

There will be a band (Southern Rock) playing from 7:00 to 9:00 near the sign up area.

There will be concessions on Sunday offered by The Bassett High School Girls Tennis team. They will have "Checkered Pig" Bar-B-Q sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Cookies, Brownies, Gatorade, Water, and soft drinks. Please support them if you can!

The Minis, and the AM Event will share the same course, which is 7.9 miles in length. 2 laps for the Minis, and 3 laps for the AM Race

The Main will be Approx. 14 miles in length, and will race for 3 laps.

Campers welcome on Friday and Saturday night, with no camping fee as usual. Gates will be closed at 11:00 on Friday, and 9:00 on Saturday night!

Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have!

I have a unique situation this weekend. Pending some more communication with the seller, I plan on travelling to SC to look at/pick up a project truck then driving back to Martinsville on Saturday.

So unless somebody wants to travel to SC super early on Saturday, I'll be driving by myself. I'm leaning towards camping so I can get a decent place to park my truck and trailer.

Only suckers drive 4 hours to races when there is a chance of rain...

You can live in your car, but you can't race your house.

Yea I was only like an hour away when I saw the FB post.

Todays goals:
Buy project truck
Get to the event at a reasonable time.

Accomplished goals:
Drive around in my truck for 15 hours and over 800 miles without buying or racing anything.
