Dirty Bike near the beltway - January 10, 2011, 12:44 PM

One of the kids at work just bought a CR250 and wanted to go play with another bike so we all went a little north of dc.

This is my first legit edited video from the contour I slapped it together last night from nearly two hours of footage. I still need better editing software.

Meh Distanzias are alright hope fully one of these weekends we can have a secret sumo bash its the closest place to DC that is out of sight I know of. Leaves and ice are the only things that sucked on the Distanzias.

I hit a few little gaps through out the day and pulled a near oh shit out of a whoop when we wrapped it up.

lol at your friend @ 2:50! Ouch. Cold foot, too, I imagine!

BTW- might want to aim the contour a little higher- it looks like it would be too high when you aim it that way, but it really isn't. I had the same problem with some vid I tried to take at VIR over the summer. I missed most of the 2 good wrecks that happende RIGHT in front of me during a race because my cam wasn't pointed up enough to see the action ahead, just what was immediately in front of me. So you get frustrated watching the video and unconciously try to crane your neck to see further ahead.

What are all those shacks out in the woods? Do homeless people live out there? Glad you went with multiple people.

Did you find any dead bodies? That looks like a prime area for dead bodies.

Ding! We found some hidden ATV double track trails to a hidden course, OSD I will keep you posted if the weather holds I might go back next weekend anyone who I feel comfortable with, or is cool with OSD I can divulge location.

Due to it's location I can foresee someone getting seriously injured/ or blowing the location (there are a lot of hazards at said spot, hell we even found a booby trap) it a spot some of the locals know of and sometimes bring children on little kids bike)

If you have a trail rig there are some spots to dick around on, and cars you can drive over.

Sick video dude! I see all these awesome videos from Maryland but can't for the life of me find anything in nova. There's tons of stuff down here in Blacksburg but the only riders I hang out with are on sport bikes and I'm not getting too crazy by myself

I helped set up a trip to SPK sat this is the aftermath at my second attempt of editing...

I didn't want to make a second test thread, I need to get some more patience to take the time editing.... but this is what I turned out with 3 hours of footage.
