ESMRA @ MIR '08...? - December 31, 2007, 10:41 AM

has anyone heard more on this? I had brought it up on SMJ, recently, but have yet to follow up on it ...will make a call to the local KTM/Husky dealer today to see what he may know . I do believe he was involved on some level in the ESMRA demo event at that facility in Sept.'07.I haven't yet seen anything about on the ESMRA site.

They do have a "DRZ400" class for those interested in trying supermoto racing.

Keep us posted!

There should be some more up soon... The rumour / word on the street is they will be at MIR (they had a great SMJ training there in the fall with a SM factory racer teaching), Beaver Run, and Elizabethtown....

There will be special DRZ400 class - I found it out right after I sold it... FWIW - they consider the KTM LC4 SM's as street bikes and will be placed in a unlimited type class - which means they will be running against Husky 510 and SMR 450/560 race bikes... However, it might be subject to change as the new class of SM's come out - ie - the KTM 690SMC (more race bike) and the Sm690's.... Either way, I will be at allot of the local stuff (as long as I heal ok from Back Surgery that was done last month)... I am forgoing my track budget and doing SM racing only - no STT, Nesba, etc... with my LC4 SXC. Motard..

DAMN Rider DAMN Rider

Maybe you have to be messed up... before you can step up!
