Hypermotard w/full termi numbers! - August 8, 2007, 02:05 PM

As some of you know, I bought a hypermotard and also ordered the full race exhaust system. The exhaust system also comes with an ECU and airbox.
All said and done check out the increase over stock!

That dyno chart doesn't prove anything, it's comparing two different bikes. They only comparison that matters is one bike, before and after.

In reality, the modded bike could easily be making 3 more hp stock so any mod will seem big compared to a less powerful than average stock one.

That's a good point. I know the S model that I had the deposit on at Coleman's would stall and after riding the one I bought...my bike feels a bit faster. One way I can tell is the fact that the demo didn't pull the front wheel up like mine does...I literally just tap the throttle in 1st or 2nd and the wheel is off the ground. When I rode the S model at Coleman's I snapped the throttle and it only came up in 1st...2nd gear it didn't lift the front.
Also, I'm not sure why it kept stalling so I'll need to talk to Ben and bring that to his attention.

I'll dyno mine once it's modded. I'd like to dyno before but don't have the time or money to do that.
