Kitzmiller MD Camp and Ride Sept 6/7 - September 2, 2014, 01:14 PM

Going to be up at Kitzmiller this coming weekend camping, riding, bbqing and building some cool shit. If anyone would like to join or ride up with us in the "shortbus" let me know. It is $20 a day to ride with camping being free. If I can get two other people to go in the bus fuel costs would only be $30 per person.

Trail wise there is something for everyone. Doubletrack, some single-track, lots of rocks, Creek and stream crossings, Hills all over the place, fairly gnarly steep rocky trails and a some smoother stuff as well. There is great trout fishing (stocked) right on the property as well as a few swimming holes in nice clear water.

In the bus it takes a little under 3 hours to get there from the Manassas area.

Oh and if you are into guns bring them as just about anything goes up there.

Sounds cool. Is this a private or public place? Are ATVs allowed?

It's private run but open to public. ATV friendly. Side x side or whatever. Camping, fishing, booze...

If I get my truck back from the dealer by then, sounds like fun.

Dropped it of this morning to have a bunch of things checked under warranty. Getting a new driveshaft at the least.
