My New KX450F - February 1, 2011, 06:52 PM

Figured I would share. Sorry for the fuzzy cell phone pic. NOS for a great deal. I can't wait to break it in and see what she can do. My 250 2 stroke was a beast and my understanding is these are even better!

Anyone know where I can find a factory service manual in PDF for an '09?

Picture fixed. Planning on buying items to run it as a 'tard and on dirt. Looking at a vapor (still trying to figure out mounting) and conversion kits now. Trying to figure out the best parts/suppliers for what I am looking to do at this point.

Look no further than Baja Designs, my friend.

That bike has been hot and getting hotter each year. Kawasaki has really been hitting home runs with it. I'll bet yours is gnarly as hell.

I know you got a 2009, but it's still a recent iteration of this:

Thanks Nick!

I've checked out this site too Supermoto Parts Store Supermoto Parts Experts - motostrano.com

Looking at a big brake kit and a wheel package for street tires/tubeless. Still not sure which tires are best.

This is the vapor I want, but not sure how it will bolt on to the bars so that it does not get in my way.

Computers: Digital Speedometers and Tachometers at Trail Tech Home

This also looks like it might be nice for the type of riding I plan on doing.

Sweet bike, homes. Love the black plastic and green hubs. MX bikes are light years beyond what I rode a dozen years ago.

Look at Motostrano but don't buy from them. They are pricey. Send me a pm of what you want to do. I am building my KTM 530 right now and have a lot of places that do real good parts. Is it going to be street legal?

Very nice, I'd love to give Rick more business. For starters I am looking at this...

Trail Tech Vapor Computer Kit - Motostrano.com

Trail Tech Vapor/Vector Triple Clamp Mounting Bracket

Lightweight MX Kick Stand

Will need to talk to you before doing the tires/wheels/brake kit.
