+1 to supermotojunkie.com

For Donovan this is what we did:
coolant switched to water wetter
safety wire
wheels & tires

SuMo is not his main activity so we didn't want to drop a whole lot of $$ into the bikes over the past couple of years.

If you keep doing track days, they'll want you to have a catch can for all your fluid overflows. Do you have a supermoto brake setup on the front? Not required but probably safer.

I don't have time to order one and have it be here before Saturday.

Is it required entailing me to mock something up or will I be able to get away without it this one time?

Call me if you're working tonight, I'll stop buy to ask you about it. I'd like to get it taken care of before we leave so it's one less thing to worry about.
I can build something but I want to understand it all first.

BTW, I saw Pauls catch can, if that's all I need then I'll swing by the 'depot and start making something.
