Waiting on You and Rick to service my KX250 . I was planning on hitting up Taskers with a friend, but I may be down for Cove as long as its not rock climbing, need to throw in a flywheel weight for that.

Yea waiting on tires . Which btw are not real good in rocks. I hated them. Your linkage rebuild was nasty.

The old KX linkages need regular attention and some good, waterproof grease.

I'm iffy for sunday. Will let you know.

Maybe I'll find time to put the shinko hybrid cheater rear on if I do go...

You should have seen the rear shock when I first got it, the oil in it was non existant and it was pitch black.

What tires do you recommend for a mix of trails and some light MX track action?

I dont think the linkage or swingarm had ever seen grease.

I have one of those also but not mounted up yet. Heard good things about it so far.

Bridgestone M59 front and I like the Vee Rubber GNCC tackkee rear. For like Taskers and the Cove the Kenda Equilibrium is awesome. In woods if almost no mud I will run that tire. It hooks up real good for hill climbs and going across roots.
