Supermoto track day - BeaveRun PA - Monday - 4/19/10 - March 9, 2010, 10:37 PM

*Edited date change and EMT info*.

FINAL date is Monday 4/19/2010

We rescheduled so the CCS guys can make it. One thing you should know is that we will NOT get the dirt section if it's muddy. This date is the same week as their big kart race and they don't want to dirty up the track.

The concensus seems to be "get an EMT" so I'm going to reserve that as well. That brings out total up to $81 each if we get 10.

That said, here's the basic details of the event:
-Overall rental price of the facility plus dirt grooming is $600. And EMT will cost us $210 for all day support. So if we get 10 that's only $81 each.
-This will be held on the Wilson Kart Track, a phenomenal course for supermoto.
-9a-4p, gates will open at 8.
-Run "open track" style. Ride until you're tired, take a break. Ride more.
-We will run the dirt section barring no rain.
-There will be no CW's or EMT's on site so we'll be responsible for ourselves. Beaver is pretty open so you can see through every corner. Think about how we take care of each other at AllSports and you'll understand it.

Bike info:
-Run what you brung however please check anything with fluid behind it. Don't shut us down due to a lose oil fill.
-Prefer to get CRF-150R's and above for now, no real mini's. Wilson Circuit is a fairly large track and it will take you about 10 minutes to get around the thing on a TTR. However, if it comes down to it, I may let one slide.

Potential list:
1. Stillie
2. Barry
3. John
4. Drew
5. Dodge
6. Ryan S.
7. Ryan's friend
8. Bug
9. Dennys
10. Mike B
11. Court C

If interest exceeds 10 riders, Beaver will allow a "few" more. Personally I'm going to limit that to 15, no exceptions. If we exceed 15, I will start a waiting list.

CONFIRMED LIST
1. Stillie
2. Barry
3. Dodge
4. Paul J
5. Ryan S
6. Ryan's friend
7. Paul
8.
9.
10.

well i'm off on mondays so that's my vote and i don't care if there is dirt or not. i'd ride it either way.

btw, what are the requirements for the bike? do you need to safety wire anything? how about an overflow bottle?

thanks for putting this together!

Shooom I've been thinking about the days as well and my preference is Monday too. Just makes logistics easier and who the fuck wants to be at work on Monday? Scheduling will be the issue, I know that all Thursdays in April are open. We will see.

I have the final pricing, I will post when I get to work. The cost for each rider will vary depending on how many we get but limiting it to 10 gives us a base to work from.

As for tech, I know that requirements mean less commitments so I'm staying away from it. I will say that if you leave something loose and shut us down we are going to Thunderdome.

Im confused on the dates you have listed. Are they all supposed to be March?

If it's a monday in April, there's a shot I could do it. Ill have to check.

The days are a range. Once I see what week we can do, I will hammer down a date.

Can't edit the poll now but March is completely out. He's got it booked all the way through.

Wow, that's silly cheap. I don't mind paying extra for an EMT either!
Pretty much any Monday works for me.

Lol Stefan. I was wondering what you meant by your reply in the CCS CMP Thread.

Yea that makes it tough for me. I will have to opt out. I can do the 20th but I know some guys need a Monday...which would usually work well for me too.

I can't believe it's that cheap though! We should set up a few of these, I'd love to come sometime.

My vote is for the EMT to be there, if we have that option might as well. Worth the piece of mind as your attempting to back it in.

I meant the 19th, sorry. Let me see if the others can still make that instead. Right now we're short 3 if we go with the 12th.

Only problem is that the track might tell me "no" since it's the week prior to their big cart thing.
