how much? that's the key questions... most HDs are way overpriced for the lump of metal you get that ends up leaking oil or breaking down.

yea 17k = not worth it. hater or not you can't deny HD has reliability issues. Buddy of mine bought the V-Rod thinking it woould be better than his roadking... yea it broke down on 522 two weeks after he bought it.

It's a nice looking bike, won't deny that.. but not worth 17k.

Nah - its new? Looks like the typical HD design right out of the 1950's.

And before you say it, I'm not an HD hater - the VROD looks great IMO.

17k? FACK THAT!

It's worth as much as you / the market thinks it's worth.

You can't compare a $17,000 Harley with a $69,000 Confederate -- two different class of bikes in build quality, design, and units sold.

My new Road King has a 2 year-unlimited mile warranty.
Hope I don't need it... LOL

I am sure they will sell out of them like most bikes every year. A harley will hold it's value too, unlike my jap stuff.

The older I get the more I like 'em. Actually going to a HD dealer in BJ this weekend. Gotta see what's avail., the traffic here and a sportbike makes no sense to me. Plus it will cost me too much to import.

Gonna ask about this bike for sure.

Can't choose between the R1 and the 10R so I am keeping both but settled with an 1198S when I came home

Keep it up!!!!!!!

I like it.

Has the lines of a softtail, but bigger tires, straighter bars, lil more rake ... the stuff that is expensive to do to softtail, but looks great.

I like it alot.
