Good money after bad - April 5, 2011, 08:06 PM

Finally got the bike back out after pulling the front end off this winter to have it powder coated. I also re-wrapped the pipes with titanium wrap, got the day bag mounted, installed an over drive pulley, replaced the rear pulley and belt, installed Lloydz torque tubes and had the beast dyno tuned. R&R did the forks and the dyno tune. Time to go pull up some tree stumps.

What model bike is that? would have assumed the front end came black stock. Guess it was bare metalic? Is everything else stock black (wheels etc)?

Personally I like the look of blacked out bikes, but don't have the courage to actually ride one.

It's an 07 Victory Vegas 8-Ball. The front end is from a Victory Hammer. The Hammer front end and wheel I picked up where unpainted. I had originally rattle canned a lot of the parts but went with something a bit more durable this winter.

This is what the bike looked like stock:

All the black fits in nicely with the rest of the bike. The lines of the pipes fit the bike well too. Good job.
