Laguna Seca 2014 WSBK/AMA Shirt Raffle
Hi everyone. A few club members made it to the Laguna Seca WSBK/AMA double header in August and brought a MARRC shirt along with the idea that maybe we could collect a few signatures on it for fun. What started innocently enough gained momentum really quickly and we ended up getting almost every rider of significance in BOTH paddocks to autograph the shirt, including 1990-1992 500cc World Champion Wayne Rainey whose signature you can see as the only one inside our logo here along with the other riders signatures surrounding it:

With so many signatures that we weren't expecting to get, we want to sell tickets to raffle the shirt off and every single cent will be donated directly to the club with the winner of the raffle getting to take home this great memento.

The only hitch is that we don't have a frame for it and the framing services that I've found and looked at (that don't look like crap) are all over $150 which is more than we can afford for a raffle item. The shirt measures about 28" wide at the sleeves, and 30" long at the collar. If anybody knows someone who would be willing to frame it for the club's benefit for free or at a reduced charge, please pass their info along as I think it would make a really nice raffle item for somebody and that the list of riders who signed it distinguishes it quite a bit:

Wayne Rainey
Tom Sykes
Chaz Davies
Alex Lowes
Davide Giuliano
Roger Hayden
Chris Clark
Raymond Rizzo
Garret Gerloff
Cameron Beaubier
Jake Lewis

That's pretty awesome! I'm definitely in for buying a raffle ticket once you get it going...

I know OTB on here deals in wooden furniture a bunch... he might know someone who frames stuff. Shooting him a PM with the link.

I might know someone else who would be able to weld up a metal frame... I'll send this to him as well.

I've read it but there is a purpose in me asking. He didn't specify the price which I'm more than willing to pay for.

Give me a sec I am working with the person that frames all our art work at work, see if he will give us a deal.

Yeah I am old enough to know better. Thing is, I just don't care.

I can't help with the frame itself, but I can supply the glass for free if it's needed.
