2011 rc8r ownership - May 31, 2011, 12:15 PM

Can anyone chime in on ownership experience of 2010, or preferably the 2011 rc8r?

I've read the moto USA 2011 literbike shootout, still intrigued though as an alternative to ducati, especially with the price drop.

Shoot a PM to this guy.

He's in and out of internet connectivity and might miss the thread.

hey bro! Not really actively shopping; but I was surprised at how much better the s1000 turned in for me compared to the kawi. Plus I'd like to try a twin someday. But will try to get suspension tuned before anything.

Yep... talk to Chris.. He has a few KTM's.. loves em, but will also be telling you that you might very well be doing the maintenance yourself.. Their streetbikes tend to be the red headed step child for some reason... It's still looked upon as a "dirt" brand as far as the tech's go.. "what the hell's a clip on?"
