I've always thought the W650 makes a great modern cafe platform.
This one is done by a Portuguese shop (Maria) led by graphic designers and is based on the style of classic euro cars of the 60's.

These same guys also did EVA : Maria Motorcycles '80 XS 650E - ‘Eva’
