Respect the other members.
From time to time you might have a disagreement with another member of the site. This is the nature of the beast when you post on an internet forum. This is fine, however under no circumstances will derogatory remarks toward another member be acceptable in the forums or shoutbox. If you need to vent or have an argument, take it to PMs. If an administrator or moderator has to consistently warn you about this, you could be banned.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PHYSICAL THREATS OF VIOLENCE BE TOLERATED ON THIS FORUM. This applies to Private Messages as well. Just so there is no ambiguity on this point: If you physically threaten someone on this site, you will be deleted and banned. No questions asked.

*NO* Racial Insults/Slurs.
NEVER post anything that could be deemed as racially insulting toward someone else. If it's your buddy, that doesn't matter - because someone who isn't your buddy might read it and become offended. No ifs, ands, or buts about this. If you post something like this, you're gone.

What a moderator says, goes.
If a moderator approaches you about something you've posted - chances are you've done something bad, and you need to listen to what they say -- it is their job to keep things in line on the forums. If one of your posts was deemed offensive by a moderator or an administrator, it may be modified to remove the offensive content, or deleted in its entirety. People are human and make mistakes, moderators too. If you completely disagree with the way something has been handled, send a PM to an Administrator.

What sort of images are OK to post on this site? (Avatars, signatures, etc)
Do not put any sexually based images in your Avatar or Signature. These appear on every post you make. Some people look at the site at work and don't appreciate these pictures.

If you have a NSFW (Not Safe For Work) image you want to post, make sure that the title of the post says NSFW and gives a good description of what might be in the thread if they open it. This way, people who might get offended by it can at least steer clear of the thread.

We don't want to under or overmoderate, so please work with us on this.

That being said, this site is not the place to post up threads of half/naked umbrella girls, or naked girls posing with bikes. There are 100 other sites on the internet for that, please use one of them to post these images up. The administration will close down any threads that seem to be going this direction.

No advertising.
No advertising of other for-pay services, websites, shops, and so forth unless specifically granted by the DCSportbikes.net owner. For more information please send a note to Rob (ClemsonJeeper).

No posting of warez/copyright works
This should be self explanatory. This is not a warez site or a place for you to post links to copyright works such as software, e-books, serial numbers, and so forth.

No Trolling
Accounts created for the sole purpose of instigating arguments or trolling the forum will be deleted.

Threads and posts created simply to instigate arguments will not be tolerated.

If you've been asked to stop intentionally trolling threads and continue after the warnings, you will be banned.
