Thats a really good referance even if you want to do it manually it is a good referance.
1. make sure fluid is full in reservoir
2. unscrew the nipple slightly not all the way. Niiple = bleeder screw
3. pump the brake once down and before letting the brake back tighten nipple
4.repeat this process untill you feel pressure on brake lever.
This is similar with front and rear. The front you will just have to do with two different side. Like i said use that video as a ref. a lot of good info in there
