    hey sorry i didn't see this sooner and not sure if you need this info now, but Cliff jumping is best on the Carter Rock side, off the Billy Goat Trail, a mile or two south of the falls, near a bend in the river. There is a large flat topped rock with slow moving water underneath, about 45-55' up depending on where you jump from. It's not allowed, so jump at your own risk. Also check the water first to make sure the landing is clear of any logs and such. I've never seen any down there but its a big jump into moving water so check your landing first and try to stay safe. Good luck if you go and have fun.
